If you have an old air con I’d recommend upgrading. My old aircon was running at 5-6kw/hr this is running at 3-4kw. Also much quieter.

Daniel was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to come straight away, worked out what the problem was with our extensive leaking roof and was able to go and get the required parts and fix the problem same day. Thank you!

When our air con broke down in the middle of Summer and heating water drip down our wall, I was doing a mad call around to see if I could get someone out the same day. After 4 or 5 calls saying no one could come out until tomorrow I spoke with Melanie who was so lovely and helpful and did a ring around to their staff to see if they could get someone out today. They came around that same day, with no call out fee.
While we needed a new air conditioner unit due to ours being so old, they organised for this to get done within 48 hours and had a new one installed with all new vents through the house.
Melanie called the day after being installation to see if everything was working smoothly and to give them a call if we have any issues.

I can’t recommend these guys enough, so friendly, helpful and definitely know their stuff!
