When our air con broke down in the middle of Summer and heating water drip down our wall, I was doing a mad call around to see if I could get someone out the same day. After 4 or 5 calls saying no one could come out until tomorrow I spoke with Melanie who was so lovely and helpful and did a ring around to their staff to see if they could get someone out today. They came around that same day, with no call out fee.
While we needed a new air conditioner unit due to ours being so old, they organised for this to get done within 48 hours and had a new one installed with all new vents through the house.
Melanie called the day after being installation to see if everything was working smoothly and to give them a call if we have any issues.

I can’t recommend these guys enough, so friendly, helpful and definitely know their stuff!

Great service. Very prompt. I had a plumbing emergency and called 4 other plumbers first (at 7am), who did NOT answer. Exceed Plumbing actually answered and were amazing and fit me in. When they inspected the issue, they quoted several repair options with prices and I was able to choose the one that fit my budget best. This is a small local business that I am happy to recommend and I would definitely use again. 😀

We needed work done on our air con so I emailed Caleb on a Sunday arvo he rang me within Five minutes. He no was at our house the next morning for a quote but sadly was not worth fixing. So Caleb and Daniel put a new replacement air con the same morning supper quick and very efficient highly recommend this company very satisfied with the whole process
