Same day response, showed up during the promised window, quickly assessed the plumbing issues (I had a few!) - Caleb helpfully explained what needed doing and showed photos of the trouble spots, quickly prepared a quote that was a very reasonable price for the multiple issues, and then got busy fixing everything! Caleb was really a nice person who understood the issue and fixed our leaking pipe issue. He is very flexible due to the urgency of the matter. I called him after hours sending him an vedio of the issue, and he was very kind to check his availability promptly and decided to start working following day early morning (7am -8am) managing his schedule. Very knowledgeable and explains the issue very well. Can recommend him with no doubt.

Air conditioning broke down as usual on a hot day in the middle of summer. After calling several businesses to no avail. We rang Caleb from Exceed plumbing and air con. He fit us in that day and had it up and running within a couple of hours. At a very reasonable price.

Caleb resolved my kitchen sink blockage within minutes, what another plumber struggled with and abandoned me with on a Friday afternoon at 5:00pm saying his manager will call me Monday. Caleb came at 9:00pm and took literally a minute after he set up his machine and unblocked the drain. I could not even believe it had already been unblocked so quickly after the other plumber left it blocked, I had been feeling so helpless.
